So, in the big bad life of me, I've moved and started working out. I've not really been tracking myself on Sparkpeople but I am doing about two hours a day of exercise. One of those hours is cardio via the elliptical and the other hour is usually something with stretching or hula hooping or doing a bellydance video and now with some yoga.
Life is going on and I can see and feel my body changing as I go. I've been really awesome about this whole thing and I feel so much better. My stamina is up too. I've been eating a lot more healthy and watching my calories but more importantly watching all the random junk I put into my body. I'm trying to cut out the 'ick' stuff like HFCS and too many sugars. I don't want to be unhappy and deny myself my favorite treats so all in moderation and finding better versions of my favorite treats is in order.
I really think my Step-Dad would be happy to know about my life style changes.
