My 30 Day Challenge -- Day 30: WOOHOO

Okay so this is a day late. But I've learned a lot over my last 30 days in this self-prescribed accountability blog challenge.

I've learned that I still require some advance planning with regard to meals during the day and before I go grocery shopping.

I've learned that I need to plan for regular exercise, and although I have not yet converted to the daily at least 10 minutes plan.. I do usually get in 3-4 sessions of 60+ minutes of cardio by hiking. Which works out when I'm home, but this will need to change as I am moving and will be in transition for a few weeks starting yesterday.

I've learned that I do need to watch the calories and stay on track via the tracker -- and when I do, it usually pays off.

It's been good -- and I'm looking forward to the next 30 days. Not planning to blog daily, but I am planning to blog semi-regularly, as it is a fun way to connect with people on this website. I am going to try and put together some meal plans that are easy go-to ideas, as having something handy, readily available to make, can really save a lot of time and calories when I'm hungry!

I'm continuing to read through The Spark. And lastly, I am going to focus on new ways to get in more exercise each day.

After reading your blog I'm realizing I need a 30 days challenge so I can stay focus for that long.

I'm starting as soon as the doctor allows me to start.

    We share many 'must do' items!

I try to cook 6 or 8 servings each time I cook - even though there are only 2 of us. I portion out the extra servings, label, date and freeze. On crazy evenings or if I need to take a meal with me. I just grab from the freezer. Since it's dated, I can just go back to that date in my food tracker and copy the meal to the current day.
