Well I had a not so great food weekend, ate several things that really have no place in a healthy diet. I am not overly bummed, truth be told I think I wanted a break from counting and tracking and being so vigillant. Sunday was better and I did not really go over total calories by too much on any day, just did not eat really well and made some iffy choices. Last night in the middle of the night the stomach bug fairy paid me a visit (could it be Karma?)...I am still not able to keep anything down, so today's scheduled run is out...I was planning on redoing week 5 this week and now I think I will have 3 weeks of week five, as I can't see having enough energy to complete the week properly.
