So this weekend was the half marathon I was supposed to run in with the nurse from my school. Sadly, I didn't keep up with my running this summer and I did not sign up. As disappointed as I am with myself, I still went to cheer her on! She did awesome with an average of 11:32/miles. It is still on my bucket list to do one, I just need to get serious and train for one. As I watched from the side, it made me want to run! I feel somewhat guilty that I didn't but I am hoping for my motivation to kick in by early Spring.
As for everything else, I am back at the gym 4x a week still doing my thing. I could use more discipline (eating wise) on the weekends though.
My goal is to be back at around 151 by Christmas (like I was last year!) and I know I can do it. I just need to stick with my calorie range and keep exercising.
