Good morning, still can't sleep, but I'm better!

My cough is better, but I think I am really wired from the meds, but at least *I start to taper one of them today. I go back to work tomorrow, that will be interesting, dragging my machine with me. Oh well, at least until I get stabilized on a treatment plan. Today I HAVE to do a bit of laundry and some cooking, and I want to try some yoga poses for asthma I found on Youtube. I think that will be enough for today, taking it slow. Having a healthy breakfast of whole grain waffles, half a banana, and 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, yum.
May have to take a nap later. Have a great day!
