I have been eating Vegan for over 3 weeks now. I am doing it to help with my migraines. I am not eating typical processed food, it makes a huge difference!! I am going to be completely Vegan for 6 weeks then eat 90% plant based foods.
I read the book Eat To Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman it is very eye opening.
