100 Push Ups

I bookmarked this site a few weeks ago. Now I think I'm ready to go for it!

I completed 21 push ups for my initial test, so I'm starting in Week 3. Wow!!

    Awesome!! I need to work on my upper body strength... right now my pushup preference is on the incline (45 degrees roughly). I plan to check out this training program tonight; thatnks for sharing!
