100 lbs. In 300 Days - Day Twenty
Sunday, October 14, 2012
This day began early. I got up and showered, etc. I went to help with the biscuit and gravy breakfast that my husband's lodge was sponsoring. It was REALLY HARD not to eat a great big old plate of biscuits and gravy, but instead, I just drank a big bottle of water. Afterwards, my daughter and I came home and made sandwiches for lunch. I had a turkey sandwich with tomatoes, cheese and spinach on it. It was truly delicious! I snacked around on some mixed nuts later in the day.
In the afternoon, I ran errands, came home and worked on my paper and answered some phone calls. I ate a small weight watchers frozen dinner. Then my cousin/daughter, Summer, arrived with her family and I took some pictures of her daughter, Violet. That was quite a photo shoot! Busy! Busy!
Now, I promised you all some good news! Well! WE ARE MOVING! I'm very excited! We are moving closer to my parents and out of the country! The house we are getting is gorgeous! It will be a lot of work, getting moved, but I can't wait! Hooray!
NOW my really, REALLY exciting news! I actually exercised! LOL I did ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY leg lifts at two a.m. because I couldn't sleep! Plus I ran around taking all those pictures of Violet. She's hard to keep up with! I'm really so happy about this!
I also made my calorie goals for the day! It was a very good day! I can't wait to tell you about today, either, but that will wait for tomorrow's blog.
Peace and Love to all,
This is my beautiful Violet!
