well once again my weekend didn't go as planned. Friday night as I was putting groceries away I hear the sound of running water. Running down the wall into my kitchen cupboards. Water line break:( Sooooo I can move pretty fast when I need to...got all the dry goods out before they got wet!! Waited until today at noon for it to be repaired and have running water again (not down the walls!!) But at least we didn't lose anything major and no damage from the water because we were home. Imagine if this had happened while we were in CA!!

So no bike ride yesterday as we were busy cleaning up the mess ect. So the plan was to take a bike ride today. Well 30+ mph winds changed our minds on that!! So a walk it was. And that was interesting at times with the wind!! But we enjoyed the walk and time to talk and decompress a bit.

There will be no ride next weekend either. But it is ok. We are taking Karyn to the airport. Already time for her to fly back to Seattle!! Then we are driving to Springfield to see Alfie Boe in concert!!! Oh my goodness I am so excited!! He has an amazing voice. We are spending the weekend so it will be quite a nice treat. There has been considerable stress lately, good and bad. So I am glad we are getting away for a couple days. And Alfie is the cherry on top:)

Have a lovely week everyone!! I will tell you all about the concert next week emoticon emoticon
