Blog 46 - Week 3 Cahllenge Check In

Weekly Weigh Ins:
Start Date: September 13th, 2012
Start Weight: 241 lbs
Goal Weight: 230 lbs
Goal Date: October 22nd, 2012
Current Weight: 241 lbs
Total Loss: Gained 3 lbs
Pounds to go: 11 lbs

I'm just about to start my monthly so I've bloated and held water. Maybe by next Sunday my weight will be down.

Challenge check in:
Exercise: I have pulled out my Wii Fit Plus again. I've missed it. I forgot how it was actually exercise and fun. I've been getting in 15 minutes+ every time I use it. I even exercised today after I woke up.

Eating out: I've realized that eating out is harder to cut down then expected. I eat out lunch with my mom at least once or twice a week. Then the husband, my mom, and I go out for dinner once a week. So, I'm working more on making healthy choices when I go out to eat.

Portion sizes: I'm still trying to work on that. Some days I do ok, others not so much.

Sleep schedule: SERIOUS PROGRESS! I've been waking up consistently in the morning. It's been so amazing. If nothing else has come from this challenge, this will have been worth it.

Fluid Intake: Still doing good.

Mini goal check in:
I didn't do mini goals last week.

New mini goals:
- Make it to every single class this week before fall break.
- Exercise with the Wii at least 4x this week.

Nothing else to really say today.
