:( :( OH NO!!!!

So I hopped on the scale today and it says I'm 219. WHAT?! I've been eating right and being active. What happened?! :( My weight last week was 213. I am super disappointed.... I am really frustrated at this moment. Guess I need to work out more this week! :(

    Kick the scale to the curb and look for non-scale victories.
