Some great progress.

So it has been 7 days since I weighed, and started to do my Paul Mckenna healthy eating plan again.
I am thrilled to say that I have lost exactly 7lbs this week emoticon
Really am very happy as I have been really trying..
Not sure if that is all fluid as its my first week. Hoping maybe a bit of fat has come off as well lol.
Why is it we lose fluid in the first week? Never understood that.
I have order a Pedometer as that will encourage me to go out and walk more.
This week I need to drink more water as did not drink all that much last week.

Really happy to be focused again. Has been nice being able to eat what I want and stop when I am feeling full. I probably eat half of what I used to eat I would say.
In some ways I look forward to weighing in 7 days time again, but scales can scare me. lol.
In theory I should try to weigh every 2 weeks and go by measurements I think.
In past scales have showed i put on weight only to be completely different a day or 2 later.
that said temptation to see if you lost weight is strong lol.

    Good job I guess cuz water weight is easy to lose. I am getting to a point where I crave water. Now if I could only crave vegetables instead of pizza... Oh well it may come. Let's do this...

    I have found walking to be an effective and easy way to lose weight. I also keep a close eye on what I eat, and avoid the chips, but still love the fish! Really slowed down on the beer, too. Been doing that for 4 months and lost a little over 35 pounds, so if you stick with it, it works. Your most important tool is that lump on your shoulders!
