Hmmm.... Day 19 started out a little rough. My dog fell down the steps... ALL 15 of them. I was so scared. Fortunately, he wasn't hurt. Unfortunately, the day didn't get a whole lot better. I (against my better judgement) weighed myself, and found I was up a pound. While I have had a couple of off days, I couldn't understand being up like that. Was it water? Undigested food? I couldn't figure it out. Then, as I was working on my spark points, my eyes fell on the exercise points. It occurred to me then that I may not have put in the update exercise amounts (ZERO) for my new goal. So I went in to look at it. Sure as heck, I have been eating like someone who was exercising for 300 minutes a week (my old spark routine). I could have screamed. So I told the calculator to figure up my calories based on NO exercise. It really took a chunk out of what I could have. So that kind of messed up yesterday, but it helped me see the problem, so that's okay. I know I can do this. I'm just going to keep going. I didn't go over really bad anyway. :)
I am cutting this one short tonight, as I am very tired. Hopefully a longer blog tomorrow. Stay tuned..... tomorrow's blog is gonna have a TON of big news to share!
