I used to think yoga was torture, but not anymore. I did a video today that I've had for a long time, but didn't do because I didn't enjoy it. Today was a different story. It seems the more yoga I do, the more I enjoy it. The stretching feels so good, is calming, and relieves stress. I've been doing spark videos for yoga, Your Shape Fitness yoga, yoga sessions I dvr'd from tv, and now this video I have. I'm going to see if my daughters would like to try some with me. I don't know that it's something I want to do daily yet. If I would, I think it would mean getting up early to do it so that I could do my regular exercise when I get home. I really don't like getting up any earlier than I have to.
