Second week weigh in,really emotional week.

Saturday, October 13, 2012

As I entered the second week,my plan was to push through temptation. What I didn't know is my mother in law would be facing the end of her life. Since last year she has been fighting Leukemia. Me and my whole family are still in a state of shock, she's so young(61).

I got on the scale this morning and found out I gained 2lbs,which is not so bad. I'm at a loss for words, but I'm NOT giving up!

This new week, I'm going to REALLY push through, after all my health is important! Thanks again for all your support, here's to a great week for us all!

Let her be your inspiration to live a happy healthy life. My fathers have been my inspiration. My bio dad died when I was 6...his life way too short, I tell my family I love them everyday to honor his memory. My second dad has ms and life for him is a struggle, but he keeps a smile on his face.

Don't put too much stock into those 2lbs right now. You need to allow yourself time to grieve for your loss....I think when I experience loss I actually lose weight but then I gain it's back & forth...

    God bless & be encouraged!
