Tired of exercising !!!

For the past few days, really felt bored of everything. Had KFC one day. ate fried rice twice. did exercise only for 5 days. Had junks. Don't know wat is dragging me down. The thing which made me happy was My weighing scale has started to move towards left. Will try to recover fast.

    play- find some different activity - go rock climbing, gets some new tunes and walk/run or dance - either take a class (sometimes youi can try one for free at some gyms/cubs).
When i find i get bored with exercise i will do one of my 10 minute videos. then if i am enjoying it i can do more.if not i then find something else to occupy my time.

    emoticon give yourself a break try something off the wall --I just jumproped outside!! I used those old jumpropes that they used to have at school with the different colored plastic thingies :)-hugs and if you need the break just get back on in a day or too after resing emoticon crystal
