I am wanting to change up my breakfast and yet get the protein i need after my morning work out. I have already been coming up with some smoothie ideas. Is this a good idea or not? I have heard that whey protein will jump start your weight loss and metabolism. I would like to use water instead of milk in my recipe to save on calories. Add some frozen fruit, water, powder whey protein and ice and blend away, this way i get some water, fruit and protein in. Any input and recipes would be greatly appreciated.
