Lose weight. (25 down, 15 to go)
Deal with PCOS.
Keep my menstrual cycle... cyclical.
Keep my blood pressure regular. (without medication)
Lower my testosterone levels.
Deal with my anger. (I have issues)
Manage my moods. (without medication)
Be able to do one pull up someday.
Be able to do a split someday.
Run a half-marathon.
Run a full marathon.
Complete a triathalon.
Complete an Ironman triathlon.
Enjoy the great outdoors in all its glory.
Have more energy.
Hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon someday.
