Week one of the fall challenge has come to an end. I am really enjoying being a part of the Casual Travelers and everyone is so nice and supportive.
I promised myself at the end of this week that I would re-evaluate how the week had gone and what aspects I feel needed some adjustments and changes.
My measurements and weight aren't exactly where I wanted them to be today even though they are all steps in the right direction. I will be honest in saying that a few of the choices i made this week though weren't the greatest and I know that's the main reason my numbers aren't where I hoped they would be.
I think sometimes I lie to myself when it comes to the nutrition tracker. Sometimes I will purposely leave things untracked...obviously they are the less than nutritious things and although it only happened a couple of times this week it's an issue...one that I really need to work on for week two.
I am also not quite overly pleased with the amount of exercise that I did. That is the biggest thing I will be working on for week two. My elliptical machine was not working properly this week and played a huge impact in what I ended up doing. Luckily, today my man fixed it all up for me and I can't wait to get back on it...starting tonight after the little one goes to bed.
I guess the one thing that I am really proud of is the fact that I am not giving up. It's one small step at a time for me and I plan on working towards all of the goals I have set for myself. Can't wait to see how week two turns out...I have a much more positive attitude this week and I know I can do it!
Good luck to the rest of my Spark friends taking part in the challenge!
