Running My Butt Off (Literally)

I've been running every night this week. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I know I'm making progress. We do intervals, a little over a mile. Each night I run a little further than the night before. Last night I ran almost a half mile before I stopped to walk. Pretty soon I'll be able to run the whole way. I don't even need to measure myself, my clothes are already looser.
