I see tons of blogs about music to get you pumped!
I love all forms of music, I listen to country and rock the most, but when it comes to working out, I usually stick to rap, hip-hop, and pop. A few songs that get me pumped are:
P!nk: I'm a Slut (not for children's ears)
P!nk: Blow me (one last kiss)
Lil Wyte: Oxy Cotten
These are just a few :). I have a long play list, but when these songs come on, I feel more energy pop out.
Just remember if you are feeling low and not motivated, just turn on some tunes! You will be up dancing around in no time.
