OK... here it goes! SparkCoach told me to do this, cuz it sure wasn't my idea....
Confession: I have "NOT" been working out! It's been weeks!! I'm still losing weight, but no exercise involved! I know what you're thinkin right now..... Yes, I'm a bad bad girl??
Commitment: Beginning tomorrow, I am commiting to 5-10 min./day of exercising, whatever kind I chose! I will be posting a weekly check-in every Sat. after I have completed my weekly "commitment"...
I HAVE TO START DOING THIS.... starting tomorrow (I know you and I have heard that one before )
Well, there it is.... "MY COMMITMENT TO DO 5-10 MIN/DAY OF WORKING OUT!!!"
