emoticon OK... here it goes! SparkCoach told me to do this, cuz it sure wasn't my idea.... emoticon
Confession: I have "NOT" been working out! It's been weeks!! I'm still losing weight, but no exercise involved! I know what you're thinkin right now..... Yes, I'm a bad bad girl?? emoticon
Commitment: Beginning tomorrow, I am commiting to 5-10 min./day of exercising, whatever kind I chose! I will be posting a weekly check-in every Sat. after I have completed my weekly "commitment"...
I HAVE TO START DOING THIS.... starting tomorrow (I know you and I have heard that one before )
Well, there it is.... "MY COMMITMENT TO DO 5-10 MIN/DAY OF WORKING OUT!!!"

Emmabe1.... you hit the nail on the head when you stated in the end you have to have the "desire".... and that's what I ain't got girl!! I have no desire to go through any more pain than I already have on a daily basis! I have worked out for days, weeks in a row about two month ago and it never helped my well being at all! It just plain "HURT"...
emoticon Maybe I can't exercise like most of you because of the fibromyalgia. I have talked to people who have it, and the only type of exercise that is tolerable for them is water exercises, and I can't afford that right now....????????????????????????????
??????????????????????????? What to do what to do what to do!! emoticon SPARK HUGS...........
ps: I have lost inches, 2 pant sizes and my stamina is much better, but the pain never goes away, and I have bad days and worse days....

Ok - so you are losing weight without exercise - but are you losing inches? Is your body getting firmer and are you gaining more flexibility and mobility?? And what about stamina?? Can you chase your Grand daughter round and play with her as you want??
Will you look good in your clothes at Thanksgiving ? or will it still look like you haven't lost weight??

Starting exercise when you haven't been doing it takes courage and strength of mind - and for the first few weeks it takes effort to keep it going!! It gets better !!
You don't have to start on hard exercises - try taking a walk round the yard - or walking to the nearest shop or even walking in the house - or try a short chair exercise - one that appeals from the Chair Exercise YouTube Channel
But do it every day - at the same time of day - make it a habit!!

One day - if you can keep it up - the time will come that you enjoy exercise, that your body thanks you and it becomes fun - that's what happened to me - I hated exercise - but I persevered and now I need it - I enjoy it and I like what it does to my body!!

But in the end - only YOU can do it - no-one else can do it for you!! And you must WANT to do it!!
“Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything.”

I am having the same problems with getting the exercise into my plan. I joined an exercise class and water aerobics. I go three times a week. I have been good foods eating and staying on my food plan( within calorie range) and no fat loss for about 4 weeks. I know that I need to do some kind of exercise every day, but just can't get my self to do much other than when I am in the classes. I am changing my food plan now. I am working on get exercise in every day. I have done it off and on. I need the consistency. Good luck. I will really be watching for your report. I think it will make me want to do the same.
