My eating habits are becoming horrendous and I am not consistent with my exercising. Everything seems to be random, like there is no rhyme or reason as to why I am doing anything.
I am starting to gain weight because I am slipping back to old habits and find myself buying and eating candy bars again, not to mention I stocked up on my favorite brownie mix. That is stocked up as in I bought every box they had on the shelf. I did it under the guise of I am going to tweak it and use banana instead of oil and flaxseed in place of the egg. You know, to make it a healthy junk food.
I think I am going to pull my Beck Diet Solution off the shelf and get back into changing my mindset, I'll combine Eat to Live and McDougall's eating styles, and I will focus on training for the Turkey Run 5k with my granddaughter, if she wants to join me otherwise I'll go solo.
Yeah, that sounds like a plan...
