I have to say that despite my attention to staying binge-free, I still struggle. I appreciate the help of my Spark friends and hope that soon (today) that I'll begin a long streak of binge-free days.
I'm worth the effort and attention it takes to eat healthfully and mindfully along with the activity to keep my body healthy and happy.
What have you found that helps you stay binge-free on a daily basis?
