hello im back from hols

hi everyone had a great hol the weather was lovely and sunny the people were so nice croatia was stunning especially dubrovnick i dont want to bore you all with the details but we walked the city walls 74 ft high in places views fantastic had a day in montenegro and a day in bosnia - fantastic ate fresh oysters in stron were the oyster beds are yum ate lots of fresh fruit and salad and must admit drank a few liters of wine but managed to stay the same weight so that was great do you remember back at the beginning of july i did the new incentive blog - a pair of trousers 2 sizes to small well got in the and just to prove it here i am stood on the balcony i now need to set myself a new goal as we head into winter and xmas looms but need to think about it for a few days as dont want to set a goal to high or to scary - baby steps - lots of love to all my friends elaine
