What is it about that little ticker that keeps me going? Like my little turtle here, slow and steady wins the race!
I just reevaluated my short term goals. My new short-term goal is to get below the "obese" BMI, which for me is 29.9 or 174 lb. I was at 178 a couple months ago, but let it slip from my grasp. It's not slipping this time. I will get down to just having an "overweight" BMI. Then I will reset my goal to get down to NORMAL.
So, I'm making my ticker my little slow but steady turtle. Watch me win this race!
