First I'd like to say Sorry I haven't been here for a few days, it was mine and my husbands birthday and we were spending time together. My husband also had some dental work done and I was making lots of soups and keeping busy taking care of him and our son! This week hasn't been good food choice wise or exercise, but I will say this, I Did Not Give Up, as you can see I am continuing my journey. I just need a good nights rest from all the celebrating with hubby, who returned to work today. Tomorrow I will continue my workout plan and plan the rest of the weeks meals/routine. I haven't weighed in, but on Monday I will and hopefully I didnt gain too much. I promise myself to make up for the downfalls. But the #1 thing is not to give up!
