Yesterday I did about 15-20 minutes of Cardio and Strength training. Afterwards I felt entirely worn out, as if something was wrong with me. Today I woke up and all day I have had severe pain in my legs. I can barely sit down or stand up with out sharp pain. I know this feeling is from being sore from the work out. Despite the pain I still put in 24 minutes of a low impact cardio. I am so proud of myself for pushing past the pain and choosing something 'easy' so that I could still get in my exercise for the day. Because I want to be healthy, I want to be strong, and happy. Hopefully, the pain goes away quickly and I can do it again with less pain!
