This is the day I've tricked things the most closely so far. About 1800 calories. I rediscovered the power of Bob's Redmill Hot High Fiber Cereal. Very, very satiating and low calorie. Makes it easier to control the urge to eat when not hungry. It hits a "I'm good, I'll pass on the snack" button.
