Not only did I gain 2 lbs overnight, after eating Cocoa Puffs, and bologna sandwiches, but now I am hungry. I cooked up a lb of chicken tenderloins, and mixed them with a 14.5 oz can of tomatoes. The problem was, I ate it for lunch, and now I am waiting for another lb to thaw, so I can add some mushrooms, and onions, for dinner. Hopefully before midnight.
I came home just now, but stopped to see my brother at the pizzeria, and for some reason I bought a 20 oz wild cherry Pepsi. So now I have it in my house, and trying to drink water, and ignore it. I have no idea why I bought it, and I don't want to waste it.. my brother will drink it. I weighed in again, and down to 231 even, which will be a new low if I stay there by tomorrow morning, and avoid drinking this pop.
I know that if I just stick to low carb, my hunger will disappear by tomorrow night. So far, I have avoided a cheat, which is what I was planning. At least I didn't stop for fast food, or snacks, and now I would have to walk to the store, which isn't going to happen. It's 46 degrees outside, and the store is over a mile away. Now I just need to avoid drinking the pop. So I am chugging water. Wish me luck.
