Still going to the gym most every day. I went 7 out of the last 8 days and twice one of those days. I just don't know how long I should be doing cardio each time. Someone told me that any more than 30 min doesn't do much. I don't know what I should be doing. (I should be hiring a personal trainer but I haven't won the lottery yet).
I've been alternating cardio and strength training days. My arms are still sore from the work out I blogged on the other day but tomorrow is strength training again.
