RAINING

IT HAS BEING RAINING FROM YESTERDAY AND MY MUSCLES ARE SO WEAK AND SORE.

SOME YEARS AGO I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT, THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE WAS PRESSED ON BOTH OF MY KNEES FROM SINCE THEN I CAN'T WEAR ANY TALL SHOES AND WHENEVER IT RAINS I AM HELPLESS

TODAY I WOKE UP WITH BOTH OF MY LEGS STIFF AS EVER, NO MATTER HOW MUCH I TRY TO SQUEEZE IN SOME EXERCISE MY KNEES WON'T LET ME.

I FELT SO GUILTY WHILE I WAS DOING ME SPARK PAGE THAT I HAD TO DO SOME UPPER BODY WORKOUT WITH DUMB BELLA AND DID ABOUT HALF AN HOUR . NOW I AM EXCITED AND SATISFIED I DON'Y HAVE TO SKIP MY FITNESS TRACKING.

    I hope the rain stops for you. I understand what you mean. Granted it's not quite the same but I fractured my back in a cheer leading accident many yrs ago and still feel the pain.

    You shouldn't feel guilty about not getting that one exercise in. you were able to do upper. That's awesome emoticon

    Have you ever tried the knee braces that also have the hot pack or cold pack? I'm not certain but it may help a little with the pain.
