Well today is going to be a slow one. I woke up with a bit of a cold, so I am really contemplating a workout today. I don't really feel like getting up but at the same time maybe a short workout will make me feel a little better. I am going to rest for the day and see how I feel later and if I can, I will go for a run or maybe workout in my basement again. Yesterday I did a 40 minute workout and I played a workout video that worked on my arms and legs with the use of a stability ball...can I just say, MY ARMS AND LEGS ARE SO SORE! I am really surprised about how out of shape I am. I will be going to use that video quite a bit and I also have some Julian Michaels workout videos on hold that I will be using in the future. I still need to work my abs and back. That is always the worst part of my exercise regime. I always find ab workouts are the hardest and most painful but I am going to try to push through and tone up.
I probably won't be posting my meals today since I am not feeling well and I will probably just be sipping on broth or soup all day with tea. I have also joined the stress challenge so I am trying to blog about my stress levels. Right now I am pretty relaxed since I finished my midterm yesterday, so right now it's nice to have bit of a break because shortly I will be studying for midterms in about a week or so.
