Hello everyone.. I hope your fitness journey's going on great. It's my day 5 and I'm doing fine. So I'm starting a new challenge on Monday 15th of October 2012. It's the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It's definitely a new challenge for me as I've never done anything like this before.
What you need:
-an exercise mat
-dumbells(I don't have any, so i'll be using 2 bottles instead)
-25 minutes per day for 30 days

I'll be starting the challenge on Monday 15th October 2012, and it'll end on Tuesday 13th November 2012. I want to lose at least 5kgs before new year, and I hope this helps. I know it'll be difficult, and I'll get very tired and sore etc, however, at the end of the challenge, I'm sure I'll get a more fit and toned body.
So what is the shred 30 all about??
It consists of 3 levels: level 1-10 days
level 2-10 days
level 3-10 days
It has a variety of exercises, and it has tips for beginners(like me) and more fitter ones.
The amazing thing about it is that it's only for 25 minutes per day. So it's very easy to add it in your everyday life.
I'll post my measurements and weight on Sunday 14th of October, so that I can compare the end results after 30 days.
This is going to be tough, but I'm ready to take the challenge. ARE YOU??? Please join me in losing 2-5kgs within a month, with lots of hardwork;and at the end, we'll be winners.
I'm hoping to get a lot of support from all of you who are just like me, wanting to lose more weight in a small span of time.
