I am on track with my goals. I am still working on being positive each day as well. I also have bought some fiber one 90 calorie bars for my chocolate craving. I was eating no sweets and no treats. I needed something small as a treat. I was going for about 4-5 days being perfect and feeling so deprived that I was binging (or over indulging)

I am on track with monthly goals except my clothes cleaning project. I need to get that started today!

Todayís Blog/Journal Prompts
List 3 likes and 3 dislikes about losing weight.

There are so many dislikes I could name more than 3.
1. People seem to comment on what I am eating and judge me.
2. I now know more about nutrition and eating out is more difficult. It seems most restaurants have bad foods.
3. I have lost a lot but still look fat. People see me and donít know all the good choices I have made today.

The likes are so much easier (I think that is a good sign)
1. I feel good and have energy
2. I can walk up stairs without getting winded and needed to stop.
3. My health is improving and I am no longer a borderline diabetic.


Some new inspiration I found this week.
