Day 88 / 100-Day Exercise and no junk food streak

Can I be honest? I'm not into this streak today. I'm just down and bummed and blue and any other word you can think of that means depressed.
I'm doing it, just going on automatic.
I think I'm premenopausal or something. I dunno.
Anyway, had cooked oatmeal with raisins for breakfast
Lunch: Amy's Organic tomato soup and a black bean veggieburger
Dinner: chicken with broccoli
Snack: coffee, maybe more fruit
Walking at lunchtime.
