my worrying is over......for this week atleast :)

Well just weighed in for the week. since last friday I am down another 5 pounds. i entered my weigh in that i had done during this week too (i know i shouldnt have). so i am 2 pounds less than that one was now. and i was so worried about this week. yay 15 pounds lost!!!! next week i plan on seeing the 220's!!!

    i try to stay busy almost everyday atleast doing something like clean a room in the house. but i exercise everyday now. it has become normal finally only took 26 years lol. Im affraid that if i get used to not doing my exercising or not being busy but going back to sitting around all day im going to get off track. cant do that. im focused and i have a goal in sight im 68 pounds away from my goal. i cant believe i am that close already its so exciting.

    Its a good thing that your body is demanding sleep. You see like a busy little woman. Take a day to just relax. At least once a week. Your body is crying out for a good rest.

I feel the same about working out earlier when every one is gone or a sleep. My sister leaves for work in the morning then my husband is a night owl so he is asleep for ever. I find that working out at 11 helps, but some days i work out after work with my sister.

I will eventually find a more permanent work out time for me. I am glad that yours is working out great for you.

    thanks im glad i inspire you! yea i have to work out in the am before everyone gets up or else i wont work out. not that my husband wouldnt give me time to do it but its just so much harder for me to commit to doing it. works better this way although i get tired soooo much earlier now. last night i went into bed before 9. and another night this week i was asleep by 830. its crazy i have always been the person to stay up until 12 or later and get up for school or work. now my body is making sleep mandatory lol

    Nice Job! I think i am gonna have to take a note from your book on the working out stuff. I usually do it when i have time.... mmmm maybe thats why the scale is moving very slowly. LOL. Thanks for the continues inspiration. :)
