Well, it's another 2lbs this week for a total of 4lbs. As long as this downward spiral continues, I have decided to be happy about it. I haven't been doing well with tracking my food so I need to jump back on that, but I have been very conscious of what I am eating and mentally keeping track. Water intake is going well. Still haven't got the exercise thing going yet, but it will get going!
