Seriously! As if I needed one more thing to do yesterday a good friend is having her first showing.. she's having a Tastefully Simple open house. Now I gotta eat and I don't want my friend to be upset.. but how much crackers, bread, mayo and sour cream can I eat. I feel so bad for all the samplings.. I got ONE vegetable yesterday. Yesterday was such a hodge podge of everything. I had to go into the school for 3 hours, I coached in the afternoon.. came home fixed something for the kids, and off to this party. Oh I forgot I ate a sweet potato, TWO veggies! yaaa.. feeling better about that choice (-: I got about a mile and a half in with the girls. Myself and another coach take turns running with the girls, but that's all the fitness I had time for. I must keep pushing. Today.... treadmill after work tonight. its a date! Oh, and I defrosted some souper soup so! that will help make up my veggie deficit. On a good note, I think I'm still within calorie range.. now my fat is WAY high, but it could be worse.
NO the butter on my sweet potato put me over. )-: Track better today!
