I am sitting here waiting to leave for hospital. Showered and hair washed, dressed and bag packed. I can't go until 8pm to check into the hospital and I leave around 6.45 am tomorrow morning. This is the awaited sleep over for the sleep test.
It is cold here and I hope the hospital is well heated in this unseasonable weather. It should be.
I seem to have been missing in action. I think it is around 10 days since I blogged.
In that that I had a loss both weeks at my WI at WW - 2.3 this week, 1.2 last week. Not bad, and I don't know how I have done it, but I have. I even got on the scales a second time yesterday to make sure! LOL
I had a lovely day yet again yesterday having lunch after WW and shopping and ending up will well over 10,000 steps for the day. Very impressed!
I am at the moment, the leader of 2 teams, Sparkling in Oz and Weight Watchers and Spark together. I am a member of quite a few other teams. I am finding I am spending a lot of time on SP and answering emails and posting on lots of forums and not really getting any where fast!
Do other leaders find they spend a lot of time on the computer? Are you members of lots of teams, and if so, how do you manage and how much time do you spend doing so.
I have joined a challenge, and have my other challenges like drinking water, etc. etc.
Just enquiring - maybe it is my time management skills???
I am not whingeing - just curious as to what other people do, and if not a leader, how much time is spent 'sparking'.
Wish me luck in going off to sleep well tonight! I am very tired even though it is early, I have my Kindle packed and a paper book just in case they say that I can't use an electronic book, even though when I phoned, the girl said it would be ok. I will take my mobile phone, but not the iPad. Surely between the Kindle and (hopefully) a TV set, I will have enough to keep me amused and make me tired!
