DAY 12 ON TREADMILL

I did not like that treadmill today. I was not going to get on it but I made myself!! I usually do it in the afternoon so I don't get so tired. But I even felt quilty. See I made a promise to myself I would do it for 30 days. No excuses. They say it takes 30 days to create a habit. So here I am not even halfway and I want to quit. I talked myself out of it. I have to be my own best friend!! emoticon

You can do this. If you are a visual person why not get an old calendar and cross off each day you do it. Sometimes when we actually see our progress and the results we stay motivated.

    Oh, boy, do I know the feeling of starting out with a solid commitment and then having to work with myself to get through after a few days; I wish for both of us that the feelings of initial determination could last.
