I have strong commitments to exercise, but find it harder now to keep them forefront. I am more of a caregiver and need to devote time. With my RA I get tired, so exercising several times a day works better.
I am keeping the house singlely. I did secure a cleaning specialist and a lawn service/snow removal.
I keep my 3 trainings per week and make it to the gym 1 time for lower body, track or crossramp work. I cannot get to classes often. I'm trying to make a 10:30 am Saturday kickboxing class part of my life.
I'm dancing, but recognized that I have Coach Nicole's videos, DVDs, and spinning classes on dvd.
