Weekends are always harder for me to stay on task. One is it's the weekend, and kids are home, dh is home, and there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day. This weekend is going to be different. How you ask, well
1. Actively take part in the weekend challenge. Try to get 100%.
2. Exercise. I try and do 60 minutes of fitness a day, and I think It's daunting, but if I break it up into 2 parts, it's not too hard.
3. Meal plan. I do much better when I sit down and decide on healthy dinners. Don't get swayed in to buying something unhealthy just because dh suggests it.
4. Water, water, and more water. This has been really hard for me. I find if I set a timer and drink a cup every hour, I can get in my 8 glasses.
