Since my last blog I have tried to stay motivated, but I have hit a slump. Trying to stay constant with my sit ups in the morning, walking at work. My workout Sundays are not happening. And I just gained a pound, which does not help my plantar fascititis. What is going on??????!!!!
Don't want to do it lone, but I'm now facing the fact that I will have to. Get up on Sunday and walk by yourself/bike ride by yourself. Was thinking about taking a zumba class but with my work schedule it's not going to work out. i have to get out of this rut and fast!!!!....
