I AM IN TO WEEK 1 DAY 5 OF MY 28 DAY BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE AND I MUST SAY THAT THE MUSCLE IN MY ARM,BUTT ,THIGH AND WAIST HURT. I AM ALSO TIRED

HOPE I AM NOT DOING TO MUCH CAUSE I NORMALLY REPEAT THE EXERCISES FOR THE PREVIOUS DAYS

    emoticon It sounds like you are very determined. emoticon My husband says the muscles hurting is a good sign. Just make sure you don't over due it. You want to make sure you have the energy to savor the rest of the day. emoticon emoticon Your doing great emoticon
