I am stuck again. Lacking motivation to track my food, because it is getting very tedious to go through what I make and calculate it all, just to track my food for the day. It has just become irritating.

However, I track my fitness with no problems at all, and I am continuing to go 3-4 times a week. Elliptical, stationary bike, and strength training. I haven't moved much in weight, so I am at another plateau, but I am ok with it since I am so close to going below 200 lbs! I think part of my problem is that with school, I am not eating a lot, so my body is not happy with me.

I feel good, though. I have been taking vitamins (B12 is the best one that I am taking so far, its making me really energetic!), and eating more at home so that I am forced to cook more. The planning ahead thing is starting to get to be fun for me, because it allows me to know what is coming and prepare myself.

I guess at this point in time, I am happy with my weight and my progress, so its really no wonder I am not going anywhere. I mean, I am not out of the "obese" category, by any means, but I guess I am taking this time to just focus on being proud of myself instead of tracking everything.

I haven't changed what I eat or how I eat, but the tracking of it all is just tedious because the app on my phone is starting to get randomly buggy and chooses when it wants to actually track things and when it doesn't.

On top of that, there is still about a 100 calories burned discrepancy when it comes to what the machines at the gym say I do and what spark says I do.

I will just keep at it. Thats all I can do.

The not tracking is probably what is causing your plateau. It's ok to get off of the tracking horse every once in the while. It can be extremely tedious! If you are making the same meals/combinations they have an option to group certain foods together, which makes it easier. Like I get the exact same thing when I got to starbucks (oatmeal and a grande iced chai) so I grouped them and now it's just one click! I also fell off that proverbial horse and have been bouncing up and down the same two pounds for 2 months now. You recognize what is going on, so it is just a matter time until you get back at it!

We all need a break sometimes! And if you're happy with yourself, that's what truly matters. Just stay happy and proud and you got this! emoticon
