I plan on weighing myself on the 15th to check my progress. I found that I obsess if I weigh myself daily. I figure the most important part of losing weight is creating the routines... so, once I have created the habits then I can tweek them if I need to get better results.. but if I worry about the results while I worry about doing the right thing... then I have worried myself into "stress eating" not a place I want to go. So, one day at a time and change will come!!
