I just reached a goal!

I'm really excited about this one. I have reached the lowest weight I had while I was on Weight Watchers.
About 4 years ago I was on WW and lost 17 pounds. 212 was my lowest weight. I plateaued, so I quit because I didn't want to continue spending money on a program I wasn't following.
Just over a year ago, I decided I needed to get serious about my weight and was suprised to discover I had gained 38 pounds since quitting WW. I have now lost that and as of this morning I am back down to 212.
This time I'm going to keep going. I don't have to quit sparkpeople to save money. I am so thankful that SP is free. Literally, that's what's kept me on the program. I know people who need to spend the money to push themselves to stick with the program--my sister is one of them, and that's ok. I've discovered that it works better when I'm not spending money on a weight loss program.
