4lb Loss

What a day, I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 4lb this week emoticon

I'm ecstatic but knackered, walked to the gym this morning, did 40 mins on the treadmill, 3 sets of 20 reps on the chest press machine, 30 mins on the powerbike. Body combat for 1 hour, which was a killer emoticon

Walked back home, had a healthy lunch tidied up a little bit, packed the motorhome ready for the weekend. Walked back to the gym and did 1 hour pilates and walked back home again, so I walked 10 miles in total with a backpack on.

Had a healthy dinner, managed to stay in calorie range today but still not managed to get all my protein.

Nice hot bubble bath in a bit and then early to bed.
