    Yep, yep, yep. Diet without exercise is mostly futile cause you lose so much muscle that you are 'shooting your metabolism'.

    emoticon It is hard at times but I find little things to keep me motivated and I try to exercise at least 10 minutes a day plus my 15 - 20 minutes in the treadmill :0)
